DESCRIPTION

The stilt house is a wonder of nature packed in a wooden hut with many loving details.

It offers plenty of space: 40 m² living space and another 18 m² sleeping area on the "second floor". Large panoramic windows, which are located in the direction of Berlepsch Castle and the forest offer beautiful views. The furniture is made of the finest cherry wood and can accommodate 8 people. A rustic cast iron stove provides warmth in low winter nights.

Old oak windows, wall paneling of cherry and a uniquely laid oak floor gives the house a special open touch. They make your stay here in Stilt House a unique experience.

The stilt house features a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

Each house is designed according to its own motto and individually built with natural materials. The houses are stylishly decorated with wildwood furniture and the choice of furniture is based on design, material and quality workmanship.

All treehouses feature shelves and seating for a relaxing holiday in the woods.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome in Robin's nest and in the tree houses.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Bed linen, small guest towel in the separee, free showers in the castle (no towel) and free parking on site.

RESTAURANT

Breakfast buffet (8.30 am to 10.30 am) as well as food, small snacks and a selected range of organic, hot, soft, juices and alcoholic drinks.

CANCELLATION PERIODS & FEES

Your reservation is confirmed with a down payment of 50% of the total price of the stay. Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival incurs a processing fee of 25,00 €. Cancellation 27-14 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the down payment. Cancellation 13- 7 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 70% and cancellation less than 6 days before arrival incurs a fee of 90% of the downpayment.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend our guests the inclusion of cancellation insurance.

We arrange travel insurance in the status of a license-exempt Annex mediator according to § 34d Abs. 8 Nr. 1 Gewerbeordnung (GewO).
